Hotel Tayromar Santa Marta , Santa Marta (Magdalena)

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the upside, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and restaurants. Unfortunately, the rooms were lacking in comfort, being outdated and poorly positioned, which made for a restless night. The breakfast was decent but could definitely use some improvements.

The hotel has a prime location, just a block away from the ocean and a short walk to great restaurants, which I absolutely loved. The rooms were a mixed bag; while very clean once prepared, the large illuminated digital panel made sleeping a bit tricky at night. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with arranging airport transportation. However, if you're looking for a more relaxed vibe, this may not be the ideal spot for you.
